Note: If you have previously filed and been paid $50,000 for a Downwinders® claim, you may now be eligible for an additional $50,000. If you have previously filed and been paid $75,000 for an Onsite Participant or Atomic Veteran claim, you may now be eligible for an additional $25,000.
